Senator Chuck Grassley has asked for the therapy notes and polygraph information from Dr. Ford’s legal team.
They are now refusing to turn it over, claiming they will only do so, once their client is interviewed by the FBI — something the FBI did not do, with her or Judge Kavanaugh, since they had just testified before Congress.
This is clearly another stall tactic. If they want to get to the “truth,” why are they hiding evidence?

Worth remembering that for all the talk of the FBI’s supplemental background check, the Constitution confers authority to advise and consent on the Senate and only the Senate. Refusal to provide info to the committee is striking. https://t.co/WyND3KcSHx

Delay and obstruction should be met with filing of cloture. The documents should have been provided weeks ago. Everyone sees the game here. It is fundamentally unfair to #JudgeKavanaugh and his family. https://t.co/1xzlrvdImM

She had over two weeks to provide them to the Senate which, in this case, has more investigative jurisdiction than the FBI does. She could have presented them during open testimony as corroborating evidence. She didn’t.
This is a game. It’s time to end it. https://t.co/8LLOjNWjSG
