Another attempt by Stoneman Douglas High School mass shooting survivor David Hogg to serenade the world with his know-it-all wisdom (or the lack thereof) has epically failed.
It happened Friday after NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch smacked down a claim by late night comedian Jimmy Kimmel’s wife that there are loopholes in the federal government’s background check system:
No, there are no loopholes. Sales are federally regulated and 18 USC 922 details such. Breaking the law is a criminal act, not a “loophole.”

Unwilling to just mind his business, Hogg of course injected himself in the conversation by issuing a false claim about the NRA.
“Your 501c3 status is a loophole. The president of the NRA makes about 4.5 million a year. IDK about you but that doesn’t sound like a non-profit to me,” he wrote.

Except that the compensation of a non-profit’s CEO has no bearing on its status as a non-profit, and plenty of non-profit CEOs earn far beyond $4.5 million annually, particularly in the healthcare industry.
These CEOs include Anthony Tersigni of Ascension Health Alliance, who netted $17.565,552 in 2014, and George Halvorson of the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, who took in $10,399,970.
Other non-profit CEOs earn big money as well, including Cecile Richards, the CEO of the baby-murdering factory known as Planned Parenthood:

She’s reportedly paid $1.50 for every abortion performed and raked in around $500,000 in 2014. Yet Hogg has never spoken out against Planned Parenthood. Not once.
Like every left-wing hypocrite, Hogg only complains about people and organizations whose viewpoints run counter to his own. It’s why he loves to lecture conservatives about civility, all while he himself spouts very uncivil things.

The so-called “gender pay gap” is a myth, in that gaps don’t exist because of sexism — they exist because men and women tend to make different career decisions.
But if Hogg wants to play the “gender pay gap” card anyway, he ought to at least say something about the gap at failed Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s nonprofit.
“Median salary of the highest paid men is $346,106, while the median salary of the highest paid women is $185,396 ($190K difference),” reads an email sent by Clinton campaign staffer Karuna Seshasai to Democratic strategist and campaign consultant Ian Mandel in 2015.
They were referencing the pay rates at the Clinton Foundation. But when this email surfaced earlier this year, Hogg said nothing. Nada. Zilch. How non-shockingly convenient.
The fact is that the kid isn’t really some inspirational lad on a mission to change the world for the better. He’s just a rigid ideologue and opportunist interested in scoring political points for likes, retweets and, of course, attention. He loves attention.
It’s just too bad the only attention he ever manages to attract is the embarrassing and humiliating type. SAD!
