Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg had his say before Congress, and now Diamond and Silk will have theirs.

…the different being the lack of wall-to-wall media coverage for the ladies.

Rep. Steve King announced Monday that Diamond and Silk, aka Lynnette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson, agreed to testify before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

“I look forward to @DiamondandSilk ‘s UNCENSORED testimony at Judiciary Committee tomorrow. They are coming to document their personal experience with @facebook censorship of conservatives,” King tweeted, linking to a statement.

“Diamond and Silk are a great American success story, and many consider this pro-Trump pair’s Facebook censorship to be ‘Exhibit A’ in the argument that social media platforms frequently filter out conservative viewpoints,” the Iowa Republican said in the statement.

King, who sits on the Judiciary Committee, said the commentaries from the Trump-supporting ladies “are not unsafe” and for Facebook to say they are “is so ridiculous it strikes many as a pretext used to target Diamond and Silk’s mainstream beliefs.”

“Facebook’s unjustifiable action shows that if anyone should feel ‘unsafe’ on social media, it is those who wish to express conservative political beliefs that run contrary to those of the liberal, social-justice activists that work behind the scenes at Facebook, Google, and Twitter,” the congressman said in the release.

Diamond and Silk’s appearance comes after Zuckerberg was grilled over the ladies content being deemed “unsafe” while testifying before Congress, with Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, leading the charge as he said many Americans are “deeply concerned” that Facebook is “engaged in a pervasive pattern of bias and political censorship.”

The drubbing over the censorship of Diamond and Silk was so bad, Zuckerberg told Congress, “We have already gotten in touch with them to reverse it.”

The ladies say that they have not spoken with anyone at Facebook, although it was reported that the social media country did attempt to reach them through email and phone.
