Nancy Pelosi Calls ICE Agents ‘COWARDS’ – Director Thomas Homan Destroys Her

Acting ICE Director Thomas Homan continued to fire back at House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi after she accused  ICE agents of staging “cowardly attacks” on illegal immigrants.

Homan defended his agents again during an appearance on Fox Business Channel’s “Varney & Co.” on Tuesday.

“These are men and women that put their lives on the line for this country every day. They strap a gun to their hip and leave the safety and security of their homes to defend this nation,” Homan told host Stuart Varney.

“So how dare you call them cowardly?” he said.

Last month, Pelosi slammed an ICE operation in California as a “bigoted” attempt to “terrorize innocent immigrant families.” Homan on Monday told reporters the California Democrat’s comments were “beyond the pale.”

Pelosi has repeatedly attacked President Trump and the efforts by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, slamming a four-day California ICE operation as “unjust and cruel.” The Justice Department filed a lawsuit against California which prompted a statement from Pelosi.

“The people of California will not be bowed by the Trump administration’s brazen aggression and intimidation tactics,” she said in a statement last week. “Californians will continue to proudly keep our doors open to the immigrants who make America more American. We will fight this sham lawsuit and will fight all cowardly attacks on our immigrant communities.”

The narrative from Pelosi and other Democrats defending sanctuary cities is spouted from mainstream media like “propaganda,” according to Fox News’ Tucker Carlson who slammed the press for the blatantly “dishonest” coverage of a video showing ICE agents arresting a woman in front of her children while leaving out disturbing details about her and the incident.

Homan told Varney on Tuesday that it is the criminal illegal immigrants targeted by ICE who are terrorizing the communities.

“The people we arrested during this California operation — [who have committed] lascivious acts with a juvenile, assault with deadly weapons, murder — these people were terrorizing immigrant communities,” he said. “ICE went in there and removed these people from the community. So that’s far from terrorizing. We’re protecting people, we’re protecting the American public.”
