POLL: Should Unaccompanied Illegal Immigrant Minors Be Given Leniency In Court?

The Justice Department gave U.S. courts and update to guidelines involving cases trying unaccompanied minors who entered the U.S. illegally. The Department noted that in these particular cases ‘children’ were coddled or given leniency, especially in regards to cases over benefits. This has not gone unnoticed by the illegal immigrant population and has led to the stark increase in minors arriving unaccompanied.
