POLL: Should Employers Be Allowed To ‘Discriminate’ Against Marijuana Smokers?

Who would have thought that marijuana would be legal for not only medicinal purposes, but also for recreational use, in numerous states across the country? In states where pot has been legalized companies are finding themselves under intense pressure to stop “discriminating” against marijuana users.
