SHOCKER: This Democrat Just Said ‘No’ To Ethics Investigations, Wants To Fast Track Actions Against Sex Abusers

You won’t find this headlined in the mainstream media. The news was so shocking even most truthful news sites had to double check and ensure the validity of the information. In the midst of Democratic Politicians trying to ward off investigations to ‘protect their own’, Dem. Rep. Kathleen Rice (D-NY) shared a different conviction.

Rice stated that an ethics investigation into each case would be too drawn out and time-consuming, especially due to the disturbingly high number of cases facing Democratic Politicians. Her solution? Swift justice. Rice called for fast and effective action, otherwise, there would be no real consequence of accountability.

Rice was also brave enough to demand that Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) resign over his recent sexual assault allegations.

“No offense,” she told her colleagues, but their efforts are not going to result in any real accountability.

“Saying that we’re going to have these allegations against politicians go before an ethics committee that can sometimes take a couple of years – no offense to my colleagues who are on the ethics committee – but that’s not real and that’s not accountability,” she said.

“Enough is enough,” Rice said. “Why are the rules for politicians in Washington different than they are for anyone else?”
