Gauging by the amount of people who have already signed the petitions, it looks like the Star Spangled Banner may be banned in California. The California chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is calling on lawmakers to strip “The Star-Spangled Banner” of its status as the national anthem.
Is this stupid or what? They say as California goes, so goes the nation. Hopefully that is not the case.
