For all their talk about hating racism, left wingers sure seem to embrace A LOT of it’s principals and tactics. Witness for example the actions of Yahoo sportswriter Greg Wyshynski.
True to the standards established by Yahoo News (if you can call absolute hackery a standard) Yahoo Sports is doing it’s absolute best to join Yahoo News in it’s headlong dive down the liberal rabbit hole, and Wyshynski has been leading that charge.
Recently Wyshynski (who has been credited with creating Yahoo sports blog “Puck Daddy”) has announced his departure from Yahoo Sports, a departure which many have speculated about throughout the Internet. It is widely assumed that his departure is associated with recent layoffs at Yahoo Sports (apparently people like their sports bias free – a lesson that left leaning Yahoo Sports and ESPN refuse to learn while bleeding viewers and laying off staff).
John Nolte is an editor at large with Brietbart.com and he took Wyshynski to task in his recent article http://www.breitbart.com/sports/2017/09/28/nolte-yahoo-sportswriter-shames-black-nhl-star-refuses-protest-national-anthem/ in which he described Wyshynski this way:
“Wyshynski is also someone who is everything he falsely accuses Trump of being—a white guy who believes black people should only behave in certain ways.”
In one of his last official stories Wyshynski chose to take issue with black hockey star P.K. Subban. As a well known Trump hater Wyshynski was dismayed to discover that Subban had stated that “he would NEVER kneel during the national anthem,”
From this (and other Subban statements of patriotism) Wyshynski sought to label Subban as a traitor to his race (no surprise coming from Wyshynski)
Writing about Subban’s refusal to kneel Wyshynski said
“So no, P.K. Subban will not be the guy who takes the knee and makes the stand. P.K. Subban is the guy who decided, with his team, not to do so, and then told a room without cameras rolling that he would never protest during the anthem.
Sorry if this let you down, because you believed an outspoken player like Subban would stand in solidarity with other pro athletes, or would symbolically share your political beliefs through his actions.”
So there you have it, as Nolte points out
“In less than a week, the left has gone from defending athletes disrespecting the flag to shaming those who choose not to—to bullying those honoring their own conscience.”
It appears as if the left is not satisfied with just ruining Football, there isn’t a place in America where people refuse to bend a knee or raise a clenched fist in protest that is safe from liberal hive mentality. God help us all
