It looks like time is really running out for Nancy Pelosi, the minority Speaker of the House.
There’s already been talk, from her own party, of running her out as their Speaker. Now, at a recent press conference, she embarrassed herself again!

So what’s wrong with that? Is sounds all patriotic and stuff, right?
Well, it’s always dangerous to take things off of your phone without doing a little research first, right? Especially if you’re…um…minority Speaker… at a press conference!!
She seems to be completely in belief about what she just read off her phone. And she wants everyone else to believe it too. But, according to Snopes, many of the details of what she just read in front of everyone are wrong!
Pelosi focused on what the essay she read, “The Price They Paid,” says were the sacrifices of those who started our country. And I’m sure they DID sacrifice, but not in the way that essay describes.
For example, as pointed out by Snopes and the Daily Caller, the essay claims that 9 of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence died from “wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.” While 9 of the signers did die during that period, none of them died from injuries from the British, as the essay implies.
Really, this is just another example of sloppiness and laziness. And of going on TV and on the record, spewing inaccuracies and untruths. It’s exactly what Trump has been saying for a long time!
