Against the will of the American people, the Democrats are determined to remove President Trump from office, one way or another.
They’ve tried tying his hands, but Trump just keeps on winning. They’ve tried smearing him with libelous claims of collusion with Russia only to have it blow up in their faces.
Now, the Dems are looking to IMPEACH Trump should he choose to exercise the authority that is his by virtue of the Constitution.
The Hill reports:
Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) said Friday that Congress would come together and “begin impeachment proceedings” against President Trump if he fired special counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
“All Americans, regardless of party, agree on the fundamental principle that no one is above the law,” Lieu said on MSNBC. “And if President Trump were to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, and then get special counsel Mueller fired, I believe Congress would begin impeachment proceedings.”
Lieu’s comments come after Trump and his allies launched multiple attacks against Mueller’s character and possible conflicts of interest in an attempt to discredit him and his investigation.
Democrats are hell-bent on bringing down Trump.
But, the truth is that he was perfectly within his rights to fire James Comey, and even Democrats were calling for the same just a few months earlier.
There also hasn’t been a shred of evidence that Trump colluding with the Russians. But we now do know that Democrats like Bill and Hillary Clinton have long had a VERY lucrative relationship with Moscow.
The most frustrating thing is looking at all Trump has accomplished despite these phony scandals. Imagine what could get done if Democrats would stop being sore losers!
