The ultra left-wing mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio has just reached a new low. He is actually blaming Donald Trump for the spike in New York hate crimes. This is another city ran by Democrats and instead of examining their failed policies, they play the blame game.
He made these outrageous comments during an interview with WNYC-FM. In his interview, he brought up the white supremacist who recently killed a 66-year-old black man. So whose fault was the Chelsea bombing by a Muslim that took place last September? Obama’s? De Blasio’s?
As expected, de Blasio didn’t condemn the killing or even blame the murderer. Instead, he claimed that the killing of this unarmed black man was actually Donald Trump’s fault. Makes sense.
“The challenge here is that a dynamic of hatred has been growing in this country over the last year or more, particularly come out in the open, is clearly related to the rhetoric of Donald Trump and even other candidates during the presidential election that have unleashed forces of hate all over the country,” de Blasio reportedly said. “An atmosphere of hate has been created.”
The Trump administration responded to De Blasio’s claims by releasing this statement with White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders.
“The president has repeatedly condemned any racially or religiously motivated act of violence and to suggest anything different is dishonest and misleading,”
