When President Donald Trump resurrected his campaign-style rallies at Orlando Melbourne Airport on Saturday, his number one fan was in attendance. And, he got to see a lot more of the president than he — or the Secret Service — expected.
According to CNN, Gene Huber — a man who had camped out since 4 a.m. to make sure that he was first on line to get into the event, was called up on stage by the president and handed the microphone to make a few remarks to the crowd.
The president had seen footage of Huber waiting to get into the rally on television, which is when he decided to call Huber up.
“I saw this man on television just now — you!” the president said, pointing to Huber. “That’s my guy, right there. Come here!”
That’s when he beckoned him up onto the stage, much to the delight of the crowd and the consternation of the guys with the sunglasses and black Chevy Suburbans.
