Germany has been one of the nations hardest hit by the influx of Syrian refugees, including two recent terrorist attacks. Now, German intelligence has confirmed that they believe the Islamic State group has placed groups of infiltrators within the refugees.
And what is President Barack Obama doing about this? Well, what do you think? Nothing.
According to Politico, an official with Bavaria’s intelligence organization said that “hit squads” from the terrorist organization have made it into German territory.
“We have to accept that we have hit squads and sleeper cells in Germany,” said Manfred Hauser, vice president of the Bavarian State Office for Protection of the Constitution, during an interview with the BBC.
“We have substantial reports that among the refugees there are hit squads. There are hundreds of these reports, some from refugees themselves. We are still following up on these, and we haven’t investigated all of them fully,” he said.
He added that they had “irrefutable evidence that there is an IS command structure in place.” This would make a massive, coordinated attack — like those seen in Paris, Brussels or Istanbul — “likely” in Hauser’s opinion.
Yep. These refugees are just “widows and orphans,” just like President Obama said.
Obama has been wrong so many times on both the Syrian refugee crisis and the Islamic State group that it would be easier to catalogue the number of times when he’s been right about them. This is a guy who said specifically that they were the “JV team,” and his administration’s policies have mostly followed that self-deluding belief.
Now, German authorities have revealed they have “irrefutable evidence” of an Islamic state “command structure” in their country. Germany has taken in more refugees than America has, but that’s not the point. Can we be sure that we’re not going to suffer the same fate in our country?
If we continue our policy of letting in refugees who have scarcely been vetted, it follows that what’s happened in Germany will happen to us.
