If you played a team sport like football, hockey or basketball then time to time you have had coaches saying things to you like “Hold onto the ball” or “Watch the turnovers” or something similar. In most sports you learn that the quickest way to lose is turnovers.
So how do you prevent turnovers? For one you have to focus on “not” turning over the ball, or puck or whatever. This might sound overly simplistic but it’s true. Secondly you have to focus on crisp clean transfers of the puck or ball to your teammates. If you don’t do that then bad things tend to happen.
It appears that Obama has never really learned to play with teammates, or perhaps Obama has never really believed that anyone could be equal enough to him to really be on his team (perhaps with the exception of his boss Valerie). History shows us that there really hasn’t been a lasting teammate of Obama’s from the Reverend Jeremiah to Oprah that he wasn’t fully prepared to throw under the bus. This is especially true when they create controversy and dare to detract from the light and glow of Obama.
Then there is the fact that (as many have believed) perhaps Obama hasn’t really been in love with the whole idea of giving up or handing off power to begin with.
Whatever the reason, overconfidence, lack of focus or perhaps even an aversion to giving up power, the great and powerful Obama has definitely shown signs of cracking. He has started to demonstrate that perhaps he is not only “NOT” the smartest man in the room, he is in fact far from it.
This has been evidenced by many failures some less obvious than others and few widely reported (if reported at all) by a still fawning media. These have greatly endangered what was once assumed to be an almost seamless transfer of power between Obama and Clinton.
First of all both teams Obama’s and Clinton’s totally bungled the fact that many Bernie Sanders supporters would (rather than flock to Lib/Prog heir apparent Clinton) actually cross lines in droves and join up with Team Trump. Secondly, Obama’s team drastically disregarded the fact that those who they (Team Obama) felt would always follow him blindly would eventually awake from their dreams and begin to realize what a smoke and mirror show Obama has been fooling them with. Ashamed of themselves for following this charlatan their numbers have also reduced as has their support.
Believing themselves the masters of stirring up hatred, Clinton and Obama significantly overestimated the amount of hatred and distrust they had created and encouraged between black and white, failing to understand that the more intelligent the person (regardless of race) the less they were likely to toe the party line.
Obama and Clinton also failed to realize that even the members of Black Lives Matter would recognize that the five white police who died in Dallas died trying to save everyone, regardless of how much they despised the police. No matter how much Obama (perhaps believing the press clippings that referred to him (Obama) as such a great orator) wanted to turn the entire black population against the police (particularly the white police officers) he has failed miserably ://www.goodnewsnetwork.org/opposing-dallas-protest-groups-hug-it-out/
