In an article about the upcoming California debate between Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, a Huffington Post editor added a post-script, bashing Trump. Although liberal media isn’t outside of the realm of talking bad about Trump, it seems that this came completely out of the blue.
As seen on the Huffington Post article:
Editor’s note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar,rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.
Whether the information listed and linked in the note is true or false is irrelevant, as a quick read of the very small article indicates that the article was simply about an upcoming debate, and had nothing to do with Trump policies or his behavior during the campaign.
It seems another liberal writer and editor just simply needed another paragraph to trash a candidate unnecessarily.
The original article was written by Huffington Post “Overnight Editor” Ed Mazza. It is unclear whether the post-script was written by himself, or by one of his editors.
