On the campaign trail Hillary Clinton in late October post debate and rushing to the finish line, Secretary Clinton made this statement on the subject of elections, Democracy, and accepting their outcome. They were of course directed at Trump, confident and secure in the knowledge of her impending election, certain in her victory. Whoops.

I couldn’t agree more Madam Secretary. That was then for Hillary and now? Not so much. It has become very apparent in recent days and the weeks since the Election that the Left, in their stunning hypocrisy; including now Hillary Clinton herself, in yet one more Publicly acknowledged Whopper and Lie; will not accept the result and the Clinton Campaign is officially on board in full support of the “Recount” efforts. Trump was right all along. The Left is in full-on mode to rig the outcome of this legitimate Election, stealing Democracy from the American people; in a manner worthy of the old English saying that goes; “By Hook or by Crook”.
Wikipedia- “By hook or by crook” is an English phrase meaning “by any means necessary”, suggesting that any means possible should be taken to accomplishing the goal. The phrase is very old, first recorded in the Middle English text Controversial Tracts by John Wyclif in 1380.[1]
Jill Stein is a failed candidate with absolutely no real interest or legal standing for her requests to recount garnering only 1% of the National Popular vote. Stein would be the “Hook” and is being used to provide *cough* ‘legitimacy’ and cover for the real, and only beneficiary of her recount actions in collusion with the real aggrieved party. That would be the instigator and “Crook” in the duo: Who else but our beloved “Crooked” Hillary Clinton?
Some media and political pundits on both the Left and Right have been dismissive of the Clinton/Stein effort to change the outcome of the Election via the recounts. They are suggesting that the recounts won’t matter enough mathematically to change the Nov. 8th result. At first glance it wouldn’t. However, the real intent and tactical effort to undermine our Democracy is less obvious, but much more sinister. All three states recounts would have to come out in Hillary’s favor, but even then; she still loses. So Why? To delegitimize Trump’s Election, or margin? Why risk Political backlash, and rancor with no hope to win in a recount? These are questions I asked myself. I then sought a possible answer for them. What if they had a coordinated effort to overturn and steal the election? How could they do it?
Here is how. The total of all the Electoral votes in the three states where recount requests are filed by Stein/Clinton, are 46 Electoral College votes. With the final election outcome standing currently in Trump’s favor at 306 to Clinton’s 232 if Clinton won all the recounts she would then have 278 Electoral votes to Trump’s 260 and she would be declared the winner, but only if they got all the recounts done in time before important Electoral College dates, hence the disingenuous and dubious claims of “fairness” to the voters, and ” ensuring all votes are counted.”
Here is what would change the outcome, and steal the election from American voters. The tactical goal and effort I believe are obviously to erase some, or all the Electoral votes from Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania from the Election. This would be done by forcing delays under the guise of recount fairness via litigation knowing full well the dubious recounts would fall short; but the real purpose and intent would be to delay, and perhaps disqualify the vote recount results that should be certified, and they know cannot be completed by December 13th, 2016. The litigation and recount must be concluded and any controversies resolved with results certified by December 19th, 2016 which is the date votes for the States are cast by Electors in the Electoral College. If not done in these states within the deadlines, all the electoral votes for these states could be thrown out of the Nationwide total.
In Pennsylvania, where Stein has acknowledged the path to forcing a recount is more difficult but has initiated an effort to do so nonetheless, attorneys for Trump filed an objection to Stein’s request in state court on Thursday.
“Even with the heroic efforts by state and local elections officials involved in the recounts, as well as expeditious review by this Court, Stein’s proposed process will last weeks, perhaps even months. Either way, her request puts Pennsylvania at grave risk of having not certified its Presidential electors by December 13, the deadline for doing so,” says the filing. -the Washington Post (emphasis is mine)
That is the real goal of their actions against Trump, and the American Democratic process in those three critical states. They seek to knock Trump down below the required 270 Electoral votes to clinch Victory as he has already by a comfortable margin.That customary Electoral 270 total as the “Magic” number is based upon the assumption of including those three states in question being won by either candidate. Should Clinton be ultimately successful by her recounts and litigation to force delay tactics that she has enjoined with Stein in all three states, then 46 Electoral votes would be disqualified, and disallowed for Trump closing the gap to Hillary holding at 232.
What happens if no presidential candidate gets 270 Electoral votes?
If no candidate receives a majority of Electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most Electoral votes. Each state delegation has one vote. The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most Electoral votes. Each Senator would cast one vote for Vice President. If the House of Representatives fails to elect a President by Inauguration Day, the Vice-President Elect serves as acting President until the deadlock is resolved in the House. (emphasis is mine)
Trump would still hold the majority of votes needed for the outright victory. So whats the point and political risk in Hillary’s exercise here? What is Hillary’s play? Hillary would still need 28 to tie, but that just sends it to the GOP majority held Congress to decide, and she would absolutely lose it there, so Hillary still requires 29 more Electoral votes pulled from Trump’s total elsewhere for a majority of votes to overcome Trump, bypass Congress, and thereby steal the election. What other states were close enough to justify legal action that would allow for a recount? None, Zilch, Nada, Zero.
Assuming Hillary’s perfect scenario voids out all the MI, WI, and PA electoral votes won by Trump to change it to 260-232; it would not include any Electors violating State voters trust and switching their Trump Elector Vote for Clinton. Herein lies the rub, and the second prong of the sinister Clinton/Stein strategy, involving this unprecedented assault on our Democracy. Clinton and Stein are conspiring and coordinating with other alt-Left efforts already under way to steal 29 (or more if she misses any of the three states of course) of Trump Elector’s votes, and therefore the election.
Now in Arizona, a state which voted for Trump, activists are trying to overturn that by pushing the state’s members of the Electoral College to vote for someone other than Trump. The 11 members were chosen by the state Republican Party and are scheduled to assemble on Dec. 19 to cast their votes. -via Fox News
Bruce Ash, another elector and Arizona’s GOP national committeeman told theRepublic he had also received hundreds in what he called “an outright political maneuver.” He said many of the calls were hateful.
“They demonize me, they call me a homophobic, an isolationist, a bigot, a misogynist, and an anti-Semite, which is interesting because I’m Jewish,” he told the Republic. -via The Republic and Fox News
Hillary Clinton, along with her lap dog Stein, are engineering and gaming the system with these frivolous, and dishonest recount efforts by forcing States, and Trump campaign legal filings into delay. Their second front is targeting Electoral College Electors with harassment, threats, and coercion to change votes to Clinton; thereby disqualifying and disenfranchising the outcome of America’s Will, and Voice. Not only is this an affront to citizens in PA, MI, and WI, but it has ramifications across America under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution and it’s Equal Protection clause by violating rights of voters in other States over these disingenuous actions sought by Clinton.

This scheme by Hillary will likely fail, like nearly everything else she has ever touched in her life. Hillary Clinton, Jill Stein, the DNC, and the Alt-Left fringe allied for this scheme undermining our Democracy; should now be Judged by the American people based upon these actions and their intent (the American People won’t use FBI Director Comey’s charging definition of intent) for an end result, and outcome they sought; successful or not. I will use Hillary’s own, now self-incriminating words against her, they are all by their intent and actions ” a direct threat to our Democracy”.
They have committed political suicide with these tactics. They shall bear tremendous political consequences for this unprecedented attempted hijacking of this election, and their threat to imperil our Democracy for some time to come. Should it somehow prove to be successful, there will be much more than Political consequences to worry about. The civil discord, and citizen outrage by the American people over a theft of an election, and their Democracy would be beyond any ferocity and reaction that could be contemplated. Americans will absolutely not stand for it. God willing, that will not come to pass, and President Trump, Congress, and Americans can come together so we can get on with the business of Making America Great Again!
